Hi I'm Naomi, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Resource Therapist. I have an honest, kind, understanding, non judgemental approach, listening to what you need help with and here to support you with life's challenges. Feeling stuck in old patterns that aren't helping anymore? And you're ready to change! With a narrative counselling style, I first listen to your story; how did you manage before, what are your strengths, what do you value in life? What is important to you in a relationship/friendship and what do you like about yourself? I use Resource Therapy to help the injured part of you heal.
Is anxiety and low mood getting in the way of your enjoyment of life and impacting on your work and relationships? I can help you manage overthinking and feelings of overwhelm, low mood, insomnia, poor concentration, low motivation. I can help you learn coping strategies and support you to understand what are the triggers and how to manage them.
