I view mental health concerns and recovery as a normal part of life, and my clients as the experts in their own lives. I help people tailor proven strategies for growth and recovery that are individual to them. I work with adults of all ages, older adolescents (16+), women, men, and people from culturally diverse backgrounds. My areas of interest include: depressio, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), perinatal mental health, sleep conditions, life transitions and personal goals, and grief and loss.

My approach to therapy draws from a number of evidence-based treatments, which provide many flexible strategies for coping with life’s challenges. These include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
