My ideal client feels stuck or disconnected, weighed down by roles and patterns that no longer fit. They may face anxiety, low self-esteem, past trauma, or the unique challenges of being neurodiverse in a world that feels misaligned with who they are. I offer a compassionate space to peel back layers of conditioning, find self-acceptance, and build resilience. Together, we’ll work toward creating an empowered, authentic life that honours their unique journey. My goal is to help them reclaim their voice and embrace their true self.
I specialise in providing support to a wide range of clients, including NDIS participants, their families, as well as individuals, couples, and teens/young people. Recently, I've expanded my focus to include working with mothers experiencing domestic violence (DV), AOD, EAP and court ordered anger management.
I'm deeply passionate about counselling, and I believe that it doesn't always have to be serious. Many of my clients have shared that they feel like they're talking to a friend who also has a counselling education. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients can feel at ease and open up at their own pace.
