My focus is providing a safe and supportive space that is warm and collaborative. I recognise the privilege it is to share this space and aim to be transparent, respectful and present, using best practices that are individualised and meaningful to you. I have engaged with children, adolescents and adults with complex trauma and PTSD, child and adult sexual assault, domestic and family violence, institutional abuse, problem and harmful sexual behaviours, anxiety, OCD, Phobias, Life transitions, Stress Management, Workplace Issues and am neuro affirming in my approach to Autism and ADHD.
I have a special interest in Trauma and offer an integrative therapeutic framework using evidence-based practices, this includes but not limited to EMDR– Adults and Children, Trauma Informed Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and sensorimotor psychotherapy.
I believe we all have strengths and the capacity for change and growth despite our experiences and I look forward to sharing this journey of healing with you.
