If you’ve landed here, you might be looking for a little extra help on your journey, and I’m so glad you’re here. My name’s Fiona (but you can call me Fi!), and I’m a registered psychologist. I’m passionate about helping people from a compassionate, down-to-earth perspective. At Moving Minds Psychology, I offer a supportive, tailored approach, equipping you with the tools you need to move forward. I generally work with adolescents and adults, and my special areas of interest are in:
- Neurodivergence
- Perinatal/postnatal transitions,
- Parenting and
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
I work mainly within the models of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)- and attachment models. I also work in the EMDR modality.
- I am a trained facilitator for Circle of Security Parenting programs.
- Have completed the Perinatal & Infant mental health intensive training
- Level 1 trained EMDR Psychologist
At Moving Minds Psychology, I offer a supportive, tailored approach to therapy, equipping you with the tools you need to move forward. People would describe me as compassionate, empathetic, a great listener, and a little quirky too. If you think we’d be a good match, feel free to drop me an enquiry—I’d love to chat with you. I offer telehealth services.
