As a peer in the queer and neurodivergence space, I am uniquely placed to provide a safe and healing space for you to explore the wants, needs and desires that have been hidden from others, and perhaps even yourself. I tailor my practice to my clients unique needs and take pride in a low expectation/demand style of support. I see the greatest change with my PDA clients who are rarely catered for, and those who have had limited or frustratingly low success with previous counselling experiences. I can be very flexible in how, when and where counselling happens but initially I prefer to work face to face.
I can provide pre/post diagnosis, trauma, relationship and life transition support. I can assist in screening and assessing for conditions such as Autism, PDA and ADHD to inform how best to support you and support identity formation. I have specialised training in supporting Sex Workers, Poly/NM/RA, Neurodivergent, HIV+ and Sexual/Gender diverse individuals.
Through a better understanding of yourself, your needs and how your struggles and issues impact you, you can gain optimism, a wellbeing toolbox and a fresh perspective for your future. You may be in pain, adrift, or lacking purpose but through conversation, we can add the skills needed to reach new peaks. Online and phone available to PDA and remote clients.
