I am offering a unique service to mothers who are pregnant, pre and post partum (with children up to 4 years of age) who reside in the Byron Shire, Bundjalung land, Northern NSW. It is not uncommon to experience increased symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress during this powerful, transformational period of a woman's life, along with other challenges that come up as a component of the adjustment to new experiences. To enhance accessibility to quality mental health support as best we can, we come to you, in your home, to provide our service. We also offer Telehealth options and BULK-BILLING for further accessibility.
I am passionate about supporting mothers to become confident in themselves and empowered within the context of their experience of motherhood. I believe that by ensuring that mothers are supported and their mental health is taken care of, their children and families will also be able to thrive. I have trained in Perinatal Mental Health.
I strongly believe in empowering individuals to learn or further develop the skills necessary to enable them to support themselves. I have a respectful understanding of each individual’s journey. I have a person centred, wholistic approach and am trained in and use a combination of evidence-based therapies including cognitive and body based/somatic therapies
