Culture and society are constantly evolving, sometimes you might find yourself challenged by this change, and sometimes you might challenge the societal expectations placed on you. Those internal battles may cause you anxiety, distress, confusion, and pain as you struggle to accept who you are and your ability to live authentically. We need safe and appropriate support to navigate these changes.
My goal is to support individuals and partners to navigate the unique challenges faced when the exploring their distinctive identity and relationship styles. To challenge the non-consensual monogamous relationship expectation, and explore Kink, BDSM, swinging, multi-gamous, or poly-amorous relationships. To embrace all aspects of yourself that make you-you.
I am an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed therapist who supports marginalised people. I can support you to navigate the challenges you are facing either alone or as partners. I challenge my privileges, and also have lived experiences that allow me to hold space and sit in the room with you without judgment or bias, giving you room to explore your options.
