My practice, Life in Colour is a boutique counselling practice supporting individuals and couples who are feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed in their relationships. I am a relational therapist at heart with the ability to connect deeply with my client’s, building rapport and understanding early to form a strong therapeutic relationship. I provide trauma-informed, counselling that supports emotional wellbeing for individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, pain or relationship distress - so they can move beyond survival and live a life full of colour and connection.
I am a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and hold Bachelor of Arts (Psych) and a master’s degree in Counselling. With over 15 years of experience across clinical counselling settings, I have worked extensively with individuals and couples navigating relationship distress.
At Life in Colour, we work collaboratively with you to understand what’s happening beneath the surface of your struggles. Together we explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and create a safe and supportive environment where you can gain clarity, strengthen your relationships, and move toward the life and connections you want.
