With nearly twenty years of experience and as a clinical psychologist, I am equipped to assist clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, work-related stress, and life transitions. Additionally, I have a particular interest in neurodiversity (ADHD & ASD) and trauma-informed care. I am a certified EMDR therapist and I integrate a variety of evidence-based strategies into my treatment approach. I work with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with diverse needs. I support clients through NDIS and the Medicare Mental Health Care Plan and offer both Telehealth and face-to-face sessions.
