I work with people across the lifespan using a developmental and educational framework. This means I look at the person from a skills perspective and how I can help them function in the various systems (family, school, work, sport etc) they need to function in. I have a strong alliance with the LGBTQI community as well as working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD and Autism Spectrum.
I use a combination of tools including Animal Assisted therapy with Archie the Shoodle, Sandtray, Expressive Therapies, Compassion focussed therapy, ACT and parent education.
