I have worked in the helping professions for nine years helping clients work through depression, anxiety and addiction. With this experience, I bring an authentic and compassionate approach to counselling. I want to enable clients to tell their stories in a safe environment, to work through their issues, to heal and to work alongside them to create a life of depth and meaning.
I am passionate about really hearing my client’s stories and empowering them to write the next chapter of their lives. My areas of interest in counselling include grief and loss, couples therapy and the incorporation of faith and meaning in our lives.
