I provide neuroaffirming and gender-affirming psychological care for autistic and ADHD adults and for trans and gender diverse people. My work includes therapy as well as psychological assessments for ADHD, autism and access to gender-affirming medical care. Many people I work with have spent years feeling misunderstood or unsupported within systems not designed for them, and I aim to provide a space where neurodivergence and gender diversity are understood and respected.

My approach draws on evidence-based frameworks including minority stress, identity-affirming and compassion-focused approaches, and is adapted to each person’s neurotype, strengths, goals and broader life context.
Therapy is collaborative, respectful and adapted to each person’s identity, strengths and goals. Together we explore what matters to you and develop ways of moving toward a life that feels more sustainable and aligned with who you are.
