| 中文 Hi, I’m Lili, a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through complex trauma, mental ill-health, and life’s most challenging transitions. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, grief, addiction, eating disorders, and the effects of family violence, sexual assault, neurological conditions. I see children under 14, adults and older persons at my Huon Valley location, while in Hobart region, I work with pre-teen, adults and older persons. Counselling fees vary between locations. If you’re unsure which location or service might suit you best, I'm happy to discuss with you.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate, weaving together EMDR, DBT, ACT, Schema-informed therapy, CBT-E, stress reduction, and self-compassion practices. I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about rediscovering your inner resilience and the rich resources already within you, allowing you to grow and flourish.
