Our team of seven psychologists personalises interventions to the individual using a holistic, flexible, and pragmatic approach to therapy. We are available to see people of all ages who are experiencing a broad range of concerns and life challenges. We aim to provide authentic care in a tranquil setting. We accept GP Mental Health Plans, private insurance, NDIS, WorkSafe, TAC, and DVA referrals. Book an appointment as a private patient too.

Rosemary is a warm, gentle and caring Psychologist.  Her approach is gentle yet purposeful, and uses an integrative approach to treatment.  Rosemary has a particular interest in perinatal mental health, parent and infant mental health, trauma, childhood anxiety, and parenting. Rosemary is also able to provide Autism, ADHD, Cognitive and Educational Assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. She is a fully registered Psychologist with AHPRA, a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists, and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Our team includes Psychologists, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Counsellors and Provisional Psychologists experience in the provision of work-based mediation, critical incident debriefing, trauma-focused therapy, the effects of substance abuse in the workplace, anger management and increasing work attendance and satisfaction. Private counselling is also available in our three practice locations (Seaford, Glen Waverley and Cranbourne).

Noah Mankowitz is a Clinical Psychologist who works both at Alfred Health as well as privately. Noah specialises in mental conditions from age 8 and above, with particular interests in Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, OCD, Trauma, Self-Harm, Personality Disorders, Psychosis as well as Life Transition and Body Image. Noah Mankowitz earned his qualifications from Harvard University; Yale University as well as Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. In addition, Noah Mankowitz has published articles with the American Psychological Association and strives to continue contributing to the Medical and Psychology field.

Our practitioners: Chenhong Xu (Clinical Psychologist), Summer Guo (Clinical Psychologist), Rachel Du (Counsellor). Some clients present with psychological symptoms while others seek supportive counselling. We all speak fluent English and Mandarin, and are culturally sensitive in our treatment approaches. Chen and Summer work with adolescents and adults. Rachel works across all age groups including children. Chen has 9 years of clinical experience and is a Board-registered supervisor. She oversees the management of the practice and provides regular clinical supervision for the practitioners, ensuring quality care for the clients.

I am a bilingual psychologist (English and Greek) working with anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, depression, trauma, attention deficits, autism, grief and loss, chronic pain, relationship and family difficulties, life transitions, and workplace stress. I also work with bullying, social skills difficulties and self-esteem. Deciding to engage in therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming and this is normal.
