I am passionate about providing culturally sensitive counselling to help individuals and couples navigate life's complexities with empathy and understanding. As a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and a member of their College of Supervisors, I take a person-centred approach tailored to the unique needs, personalities, and life experiences of each client. I am honoured to walk alongside my clients in their journeys, helping them build resilience, restore connections, and find clarity and purpose in life’s challenges.
My practice integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, allowing me to effectively support adults and couples facing challenges: grief and loss, strained relationships, separation, infidelity, adapting to life changes (immigration/emigration), finding meaning and purpose, breakdown in communication, navigating multicultural marriages and relationships.
With extensive experience living and working in Europe, Asia and Africa, I understand the profound impact culture and language have on our experiences. For clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in their mother tongue, I offer counselling in English, French, and Dutch/Flemish.
