I facilitate DBT skills groups for Adolescent and carers as well as adult groups as well as provide individual therapy and phone coaching.
I am a passionate clinician who comes from a client needs and goals approach. I have over 15yrs experience working in the public and private mental health sector and prior to this in child protection and juvenile justice. I use empathic confrontation to promote the wellness of clients and best outcomes

DBT for Adolescent and Parent skills group
This is a 20 week evidence based skills group for both teen and carer/parent. 5 Modules covered include 1. Mindfulness 2. Walking the middle path 3. Distress Tolerance 4. Emotion Regulation 5. Interpersonal Effectiveness. NIDS self managed or plan managed participants are eligible as well as Medicare Rebate eligible under Better Access
