About

I work in a client-centred way and provide a safe, nurturing space for you to gain clarity, reflect deeply and create positive change. I will help you access valuable insights and feel empowered to address the hurdles that are causing distress and limiting your growth. We will also work together to stengthen the parts of your life that you value and cherish. Sessions are guided by your goals, aspirations, and needs in order to help you grow into the person you were truly meant to become. We will reflect on how far you've come and address the things you still want to achieve, bringing more meaning, purpose and joy to your life.
Questioning life choices and values? Experiencing high levels of anxiety? Feeling stuck in a rut and believing nothing will change? Dissatisfied with your work or career? Struggling with your relationship? Getting back on your feet after divorce or adjusting to separation? Concerned about your health? Regretful about goals not yet achieved? Fear of ageing?
I am deeply passionate about what I do and consider it a privilege to partner another as they courageously navigate the messy process of healing. I bring my warmth and empathy to every session and view the therapy room as a safe and sacred space where you can feel at ease and comfortable to be yourself. And I would love to support you on your path.
