Experienced, practical therapy for people who seem to be coping on the outside, but are exhausted from carrying a lot. For more than 15 years, I’ve supported adults, young people and families across mental health, education, trauma-informed care and neurodiversity. I understand how school, work, family relationships and systems can shape wellbeing, self-confidence, identity and the ways we learn to cope. I help people understand themselves more clearly and build lives that fit better. I work well with people who spend a lot of energy holding things together, and who want therapy that feels safe, respectful and genuinely useful.
Before becoming a psychologist, I spent many years working in education, mental health and disability inclusion settings. That background shapes how I practise: thoughtful, practical and trauma-aware. Together, we make sense of what's happening, understand the patterns underneath it, and develop ways forward that are compassionate, realistic and sustainable.
Sessions with me are warm, collaborative and grounded. I bring clinical knowledge, practical experience and respect for your own insight, so therapy feels both safe and useful. I aim to offer support that feels individual, reflective and responsive, rather than formulaic. We can start with a free consult call to see whether I am the right fit for you.
