I am a registered psychologist with over 16 years of experience. Assisting adults and adolescents over 17 with:
Depression, anxiety, stress, grief, workplace stress, ASD/ADHD, neurodiversity, trauma, immigration stress, self esteem, relationship issues, processing trauma from sexual abuse and/or domestic violence.
I offer face to face appointments in Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast as well as telehealth/online appointments. Working with: Medicare, WorkCover, private health, Open Arms/DVA, NDIS
I am trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma informed Person-Centred Counselling and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). My approach is trauma informed, neuroaffirming, LGBTIQA affirming.
The decision to start therapy may not be easy; it takes courage to face painful feelings. This is why therapists place great importance on creating a confidential and safe space for clients to express their feelings openly. My aim is to provide a safe space to help you get to know yourself with empathy and compassion.
