I am a Mental Health Social Worker and Accredited in EMDR therapy and Advanced Clinical Resource Therapy. A trauma therapist working with adults impacted by Complex PTSD; Acute Trauma; Attachment Trauma; Sexual Assault; FV and relationship issues. I also work with first responders. I am very much an outcome-focused therapist and work with individuals to achieve effective and positive results. Understanding the importance of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, I naturally put people at ease and provide an open, honest, safe space without judgment. I work with people via NDIS, Worksafe, GP referral and self referral.
With over 17 years’ experience, working in both the UK and Australia. I am trained and practiced in EMDR, Resource Therapy, FLASH 2.0, TF-CBT, ACT and other evidenced trauma therapies. Specialising in adults living with childhood trauma, sexual trauma, relational trauma and one-off traumatic events. People leave my service with significant symptom reduction.
