I am committed to supporting young people and their families who are struggling with challenges socially, emotionally and mentally. My goal is to support you in understanding how to find help, develop individual strategies to manage these difficulties and know you are not alone! My workspace is designed to help you feel comfortable and safe, it is non-clinical and judgement free. My mission is connecting families through access to individual and group programs that nurture, validate and inspire.
My experience at headspace has provided an understanding of the challenges facing young people and their families in our community. Being able to help young people build awareness around their strengths and values and communicate these to their family and community and to support families in understanding how they can support themselves and loved ones.
You are not alone! Understanding the challenges you are facing can be confronting and scary, I am here to support you and honour your bravery in identifying these challenges and through team work we can identify coping strategies that suit you and reduce the worry and sadness.
