I’m honoured to witness the people I work with deepen their relationship with themselves and positively transform their lives. Through counselling, I can help you form an authentic, compassionate connection with yourself, which will empower you to make positive choices to enhance your relationships, mental health and wellbeing.
I can support you to increase your self-awareness to help you make the changes you are seeking in your life. I provide a supportive and collaborative environment where you can discuss your problems and concerns, and work on what you identify as being most important.
I have a special interest and experience in supporting people to feel good despite difficult experiences, which may include grief and loss, recovery from trauma and abuse, depression, anxiety, addictions, anger and self esteem issues, identity crises, and pre-marriage, marriage and relationship challenges
