Michelle Costanzo MAPS, FIML, MAICD. I am a psychologist specialising in (complex) trauma (PTSD) and Dissociative Disorders (DID). I have been in the health industry for over 20 years.
I use EMDR & ACT as two main therapies and supported by others (i.e., Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Family Systems Theories). I work with all ages, and EAP. Areas of interest include: PTSD (Complex Trauma); Childhood Abuse; Sexual Assault/Rape, DV; Anxiety, Depression, Breast Feeding and Birth Trauma; Stress & Adjustment Disorder
I hold current registration, am medicare approved and offer Hicaps. My warm professional approach encompasses a belief in the ability for people to learn new ways of coping and managing their health to live enriched lives.
