You may have been struggling for some time. Something isn’t working and life could be better. You have probably tried all sorts of things on your own, but therapy can be a way for you to get a fresh perspective with the help of someone who has an expertise in mental health. I am a Clinical Psychologist who works with people experiencing low mood, anxiety, past trauma, chronic pain, other health conditions, OCD, relationship difficulties, and sleep problems, and those seeking therapy as a way to live a more meaningful life.

We'll talk about your concerns and challenges to come to a shared understanding of the causes, and then discuss ideas to make the changes you want. I have experience working in public hospitals, private practice, and community mental health settings. In addition to my private practice, I currently work as a clinical psychologist at the Austin Hospital.

I'm currently offering face to face, online video (telehealth), and phone sessions. I have some after hours and sliding scale appointments on a case-by-case basis - contact me via email to discuss these.
