I am a qualified and registered counsellor (CPCA), and I acknowledge that people sometimes need extra help to overcome the difficulties of life. I offer counselling services both in-person at my Milton office and online, to assist clients in achieving their objectives. I utilize a range of therapeutic methods, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, schema therapy, behavioural therapy, and constructionist approaches. I recognise that each client is unique and I am here to support clients to overcome life's challenges and reach their goals.
After the initial session, each is then tailored to meet the goals of the client/s. I am here to help all clients who take the first brave step and reachout for assistance. I have experience assisting clients with stress and anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship and family issues. Additionally, children with OCD, ODD, and other behavioural issues.
