You have been holding it together for a long time. From the outside it probably looks like you are managing, which is part of what makes it hard to explain.
What brings people here is usually anxiety that will not settle, grief that has outlasted everyone else's patience, the long aftermath of trauma, or a quiet disconnection that crept in while carrying more than was sustainable.
Many have tried therapy that did not quite reach them. Many are young adults building a life of their own without dismantling the one their family built for them. Couples come worn down by the same argument returning, or a rupture that has not healed.
I am an award-winning Accredited Social Worker and PhD candidate in mental health, working online across Australia with adults and couples. Sessions run in English, in Arabic, or in both. My background spans direct mental health practice, suicide prevention, and senior leadership, alongside lived experience of migration and caregiving.
Most people who stay with me were looking for a practitioner whose understanding of what they carry does not stop at the textbook. If you are unsure whether I am the right person, a free 15-minute video call is available: a conversation about fit, not a session. You can book it, or a first session, directly online.
