I find that most of my clients come to me with struggles around change - whether adapting to change or seeking to make changes. Ultimately I would say I aim to help people find hope, to see the possibilities for themselves and for change, and to implement strategies for accessing these in their lives. I see my clients for short term or long term support - we work out your goals together and I do my best to make sure I am offering what you need throughout our time together.
A big part of my approach with you is understanding that your concerns don't just exist in isolation, but that you are a part of many other circumstances - family, work, relationships - as well as the fact that while you may be struggling, you also have strengths you bring with you. I aim to help you make the most of these in achieving your goals.
I strive to help people achieve or manage change in a way that best fits their circumstances, resources and personal approach to life. I invite you to make contact so we can discuss how I might be able to best support you, to see if you feel we are a good fit, and to set out to achieve your goals together!
