I am a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming therapist who works with individuals and families affected by trauma, including domestic and family violence, coercive control, and relational trauma. I understand that trauma can affect every part of life, including relationships, parenting, self-worth, emotional wellbeing, and the way we experience the world around us.
My aim is to offer a space where you feel safe, seen, and held with care — a space where you can begin to make sense of what you have been through, reconnect with yourself, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
My specialised training in trauma and the Safe & Together Framework enables me to support victim-survivors recovering from abuse and trauma by strengthening safety, connection, and family functioning.
I also have a special interest in neurodiversity and work in affirming, flexible, and respectful ways to support people of all neurotypes.
I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, parts-work, and somatic approaches to help clients explore the mind-body connection, make sense of their experiences, and process trauma with greater clarity and self-understanding. Together, we work to develop more empowered, compassionate, and authentic narratives.

ADHD: Strengths, Strategies and Self-Understanding
Many adults with ADHD carry the cumulative impact of years of misunderstanding, criticism, shame, frustration, low self-worth, and repeated experiences of feeling out of step with expectations that were built around neurotypical ways of functioning. This group has been developed to address that gap. Rather than focusing only on strategies for productivity or symptom management, it centres the emotional impact of living with ADHD in a world that is largely designed for neurotypical people. The group aims to support participants to better understand themselves, reduce shame, build self-compassion, strengthen adaptive coping, and improve their relationship with themselves.
