I am an experienced psychologist with a background in perinatal psychology & reproductive health. I am passionate about supporting women during the perinatal period and helping them navigate the many ups and downs they may experience along the way. The journey to and within parenthood is not always an easy one; it may be filled with great hopes and joy, but also significant grief and loss. I am committed to providing a safe & compassionate space for women as they enter this chapter of their lives to explore all the beautiful, messy & complex thoughts, feelings and responses that may arise during this time.
Whether you are trying to conceive, accessing fertility treatment or donor conception, are pregnant or have given birth, whether you're partnered or solo, my focus is to ensure you are heard, held & supported through your journey. I also consult in IVF & Obstetrics and was drawn to this area of work following my own lived experience.
I am committed to challenging the societal view of “normal” & how or what “should be”. I can help support you to understand the thoughts, feelings, self-doubt, fear, grief & complexities with the with the aim of creating insight, self-compassion, practical strategies & ongoing meaningful change.
