Emily is an empathetic clinical psychologist who values building strong therapeutic relationships with clients. Emily has experience in both public and private sectors and approaches therapy from a trauma-informed, attachment-based perspective. She incorporates a variety of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR).
Emily is trained to deliver the Circle of Security program for parents and caregivers, and is an AHPRA registered clinical supervisor.
