Melbourne Centre For Women’s Mental Health is focused on empowering women and girls by providing education, support and evidence based therapy for the promotion of sustained recovery and well-being. Our team are fully qualified, highly trained health professionals with experience working with women and girls of all ages.
We offer support for anxiety, depression, eating disorders & many other issues effecting the health & functioning of women & girls. Structured approaches to therapy such as Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) are provided as well as unstructured dynamic approaches utilising feminist & humanistic principles.
