The client's I see are women, above the age of 14. They are mum's who are juggling a lot of life and responsibilities, perhaps they are considering the possibility that they are neurodivergent, or a parenting a neurodivergent child. I work with women on body image, and body changes, whether this is the transition our bodies go through into motherhood, postnatal care, perimenopause or menopause. I work with women on their self esteem, creating a sense of self when they feel they have lost it, or never really had it in the first place. I work with women on their relationships, knowing this is an important element for them to thrive.
I offer face to face or Telehealth sessions to women under a mental health care plan, privately or as a self managed or plan managed NDIS participant. Making mental health care accessible is a passion of mine and in keeping with this I offer bulk-billed sessions to concession card holders.
My face to face clinic is boutique, warm and inviting.
