Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to coping on your own or supporting others. You might be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or impacted by past experiences that still feel close. I offer a warm, non-judgmental and informal space where you can feel safe, heard and supported during vulnerable times.
I have experience supporting people living with trauma, including PTSD, anxiety and depression. My counselling journey began through volunteering with agencies supporting child safety and survivors of abuse, which shaped my belief that healing happens best when people feel respected, believed and not rushed.
Sessions can be offered in a way that feels most comfortable for you, including online or phone sessions, in your home, or in another safe space you identify such as a park or beach. You don’t need to have the right words to begin; when you feel ready, you’re welcome to reach out to ask questions or see if we’re a good fit.
