You've been in survival mode for so long that you're no longer sure who you are beneath the anxiety, exhaustion, self-doubt, and constant effort of trying to make sense of what happened.
I specialise in supporting individuals navigating the lasting impact of narcissistic relationships, family estrangement, high-conflict relationships, and the complex realities of no-contact decisions.
My approach is relational and paced. You won't be rushed, minimised or have to justify yourself. Change can feel achievable, not overwhelming.
I offer support for narcissistic abuse recovery, attachment wounds, family estrangement, and relational trauma. I work with the complex realities of family relationships, including, trauma, estrangement, no-contact decisions, and the ways difficult experiences can continue to shape identity, memory, and emotional wellbeing long after they occur.
Reaching out for help takes courage, especially when you've spent a long time doubting yourself or have had experiences of feeling unsupported or invalidated in therapy. You don't have to have it all figured out before you make contact. Just knowing something needs to change is enough. I'd be glad to hear from you.
