I'm a clinical psychotherapist, somatic experiencing practitioner, and equine therapist. I am experienced in supporting individuals who have experienced developmental and complex trauma, family violence, and sexual assault. In addition, I work with clients navigating neurodiversity, and a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress, and grief. My work weaves together talk therapy, body-based (somatic) approaches and healing through nature to support growth from the inside out. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and guided by the principles of compassion, curiosity, and empowerment.
I bring curiosity, authenticity, and compassion to sessions. I help people deepen their relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them; focusing on communication, emotional regulation, resilience, and genuine change. I focus on building self-awareness, and new ways of relating that allow you to live with greater ease and authenticity.
Therapy can be daunting so it’s really courageous that you’re here. I hope you reach out. I am client-centered and work to establish safety and connection in my work. If you’re seeking to reconnect with yourself, strengthen your emotional wellbeing, and move toward lasting change, I’d be honoured to support you. Please see my website for information
