Hi! I'm Meg. I am registered clinical psychotherapist and a somatic and equine therapist . I use a relational, integrative approach to psychotherapy, mainly based in humanistic, experiential and somatic approaches. Currently, my focus is wanting to support individuals to deepen their relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them. I want to facilitate a process of enhancing well-being and creating positive change. I also have extensive experience in developmental trauma, complex trauma, family violence, and sexual assault and have experience working with ASD Level 1 & 2. Sessions are held outside with the horses.
I will bring curiosity, authenticity, humor, and compassion to our work together. I can provide sessions to individuals, parents, and families. I feel deeply passionate about embodied trauma recovery work. I believe that the body mind connection and working with our nervous system is integral to developing self-awareness, and enriches our healing journey.
Therapy can be daunting so it’s really courageous that you’re here. I hope you reach out. I am client-centered and work to establish safety and connection in my work. I am currently setting up an equine therapy practice so please contact me if this may interest you. I am available for NDIS funding on self managed plans. Please see my website for information
