My ideal clients are neurodivergent teens, young adults and adults who are trying to understand themselves after a long time of feeling misunderstood. They may come to therapy feeling burnt out, masked, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to explain their needs without over-apologising. Many are navigating the messy overlap between neurodivergence, chronic illness, sensory sensitivity, executive dysfunction, identity, relationships and the exhaustion of trying to function in environments that were not built with them in mind.
Together we'll work on unmasking with curiosity rather than correction, build tools for burnout, meltdowns, and shutdowns, and find language for your needs, feelings, and limits so you can explain yourself without over-apologising.
I am currently completing my psychology placement as part of the Master of Professional Psychology and am offering therapy at no cost. I work under the close weekly supervision of Beth McNamara, a senior psychologist and board-approved supervisor, who reviews my sessions and supports me to ensure your care remains safe, thoughtful, and on track.
