Nearly all of us have challenges in life. Perhaps some of the most difficult for us to adjust to are those concerning our intimate relationships, and sexuality. Relationship problems and problems with sex are two of the most common issues that people bring to counselling with me... these aspects of life frequently result in much distress within each of us, and much conflict if you're in a relationship. Let's face it, it's not easy talking about relationship problems and sex when we're already feeling distressed.
Helena is in a unique position being both, a highly experienced Relationship Counsellor and a Psychosexual Clinical Therapist. She specialises in supporting couples and individuals to overcome relationship difficulties and, when relevant, enhance and maintains sexuality and intimacy across all life stages.
As a specialist Counsellor, one of my main objectives is to create a safe, confidential and comfortable environment that allows you to discuss the sexual, relationship and personal difficulties you are having.
