Goodsky provides case-managed depression treatment and recovery programmes that work using a shared care model. Our depression treatment framework facilitates private access to a vetted and integrated collective of allied health professionals, specialists, therapists and service providers delivering a personalised lifestyle medicine approach. Our integrated lifestyle medicine teams will: Find and confirm the causes of your depression and anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and chronic disease Provide you new and relevant information based on the most current science and testing. Advise you and correctly treat your depression with a managed natural, conventional and integrated medicine approach. All of this and more with in-depth case management, support and resources to regain and maintain your health long term.
Each programme is completely private which means you will not have to share accommodation, meals or therapy with any other patients. You will get a quiet beachside apartment with a rooftop spa to yourself with meals prepared and delivered to your door each day based on your specific pathology results. Each therapist from our team offers an outstanding level of experience with a diversified skill set and each therapist is selected for your programme based on what you present with, which means you get the right people with right training to help get you results. Because every person is different and has different needs, we tailor a programme to every individual that applies, ensuring that your programme gets you results.
A Goodsky programme has 3 main phases. 1. Pre-programme. We collect sleep, nutrition and activity data + test results and case review medical history and pathology. 2.
Residential. Stay beachside for 7-14 days on the Sunshine Coast and work with our teams to continue assessment and treatment. 3. Lifestyle integration. Return home and be supported with further treatment, coaching, nutrition and dietetics plus continued case management to ensure results and ongoing support if needed.
