I am the principal psychologist at the Emotional Health Centre, with over 14 years experience in counselling, training and coaching across public, business, government, rehabilitation, employment agencies/recruitment, disability, education, mental health care and defence force settings. I specialise in work issues + trauma. I am PTSD/ EMDR trained.
I run interactive resilience and mental health workshops and provide one-on-one sessions, for teams and people wanting to improve their productivity, zest for life, well-being, conflict and resilience.
