I'm a Counsellor and Walk and Talk Therapist, practicing in the Penrith, Blue Mountains, and Camden. My practice is unique as sessions are provided in local parks and walking trails. My vision is to reconnect my clients with the natural environment while enhancing your coping skills, uncovering your personal strengths and empowering you to move forward towards your goals and greater happiness. Consultations are 60 minutes long and the first 30 minute phone session provides the opportunity for you to consider if walk and talk therapy will be a better fit for you.
I have extensive experience in crisis and suicide prevention counselling. I believe even the strongest individual can be overwhelmed by life's problems at times. You don't need to tackle them alone. Walk Together Counselling provides an opportunity to reconnect to the natural environment, reduce stress and work through the things that are troubling you.
I am passionate about walking together with you through the highs and lows of life whatever they may be. I am here to help you manage depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, family and relationship problems.
