I am a compassionate psychologist who aims to work along side people and support them to address whatever goals they have that has led them to access support. I have over 18 years experience in working in a variety of mental health and community service roles. I am passionate about providing client centred and trauma informed psychological services to improve wellbeing. I can provide a wide range of assessment, and mental health services.
I have engaged in extensive training and clinical practice in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness based interventions, Family Systems Therapy, Eye Movement and Desensitisation Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Clinical Supervision, and Narrative Therapy. I'm also a Board approved supervisor to train intern psychologists.
