My therapeutic approach is based on your individual needs and circumstances. In each session, you are encouraged to talk about whatever is troubling you. I provide a comfortable, empathetic, supportive and non-judgemental environment in which personal growth is always the aspiration.
I have an integrative, non-pathologising & person-directed approach to therapy. I try to be flexible and organic in the way that I work, as no one approach or strategy works for everybody or at all times. We can work together in the ways that work best for you.
