BodyMatters Australasia provides treatment for eating disorders, body image issues and problematic exercise. Specifically clinical eating dosorders such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and arfid. Also subclinical eating issues such as orthorexia. Our large team enables specific expertise within this such as an overlap with neurodivergence including adhd and autism, trauma, other health issues such as diabetes. We also service the LGBTQI+ community. We have immediate availability for new clients due to our growing team. We offer face to face (Sydney) and Telehealth treatment.
Our team of experienced therapists deliver treatment that is industry leading and best practice. If you are suffering from disordered eating, want to improve your relationship with your food and/ or exercise, or are concerned about a loved one exhibiting any of these concerns, we can help you. We offer a range of customised services.
We work from a non judgmental, health based paradigm which focuses on restoring a healthy relationship with food, exercise and your body. We take a non dieting approach and view health as a ongoing, holistic process that involves emotional, physical, psychological, intellectual and social aspects.

Online Recovery Talks
An intimate, online small group presentation where a recovered individual shares about their eating disorder recovery. This presentation offers hope and insight to sufferers, parents, partners and health professionals trying to understand the recovery process. Our presenters are recovery champions who have volunteered to share their experience to help you. After they share their story, there will be the opportunity for a Q & A.
