In my role as a clinical psychologist I will listen to you, the expert in your own life, to guide us in your treatment goals. Therapy can be short term and specific, or you may wish to have a safe and contemplative space to explore re- occurring themes in your life. You may need to examine and reset patterns of behaviour so your family/relationships can flourish and enjoy wellbeing, or you may be a performing artist or student struggling with performance anxiety, perfectionism and goal setting.
Within a framework of wellbeing and resilience I use a growth mindset to support individuals, couples and families to exceed their expectations – to flourish and be the best that they can be! I offer individual, couple and family therapy and peak performance coaching for performing artists and students.
I enrich psychological practice with a unique background in the arts and humanities. My therapeutic style is warm and empathic, and as the expert in your life, I gently accompany you to explore and implement your individual treatment goals. I use evidence-base modalities including CBT, Mindfulness, positive psychology and psychodynamic and psycho-therapy.
