I support personal growth, insight and self care through mindfulness and awareness.
Having a space free of judgement and bias offers an opportunity where one can speak openly and feel safe to explore their thoughts and any stressors or anxieties they may be feeling. Often feelings of shame and embarrassment can mean that people hide their vulnerabilities from others and suffer in private which can make their problems worse.
