I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor specialising in trauma, anxiety, Family and Domestic Violence, depression, parenting issues, LGBTQ+, infertility, grief and loss, and relationship/separation issues for individuals and families. I am an Approved Counsellor with Victims Services NSW and the NDIS. My approach to counselling focuses on your own unique strengths to build inner resilience with each session tailored to your specific needs and goals. Sometimes just being able to talk through your issues and gain some fresh perspective will help you to work towards a more positive future.
