I am a caring and supportive therapist with whom you can trust in your time of need. I studied at the Australian Institute of Family and Individual Counselling, a member of the Australian Counsellors Association (ACA) and the Couples Institute (USA). I hold an Advanced Diploma in Individual and Family Counselling, an accredited CAP Money Coach and an accredited Prepare and Enrich pre-marriage and marriage counsellor.
My approach to this process is someone who is accompanying you on your journey toward well-being. I do not provide answers… Instead, I support you in discovering your own. I offer individual, couple, and relationship counselling. Counselling is a way to address emotional, psychological or relationship concerns you or your family may be having.
I believe that your needs are of the utmost importance and I am committed to helping you meet the challenges that you may be facing. A safe and supportive Client-Therapist connection is the foundation of any effective therapeutic experience. Generally, I meet with clients once a week for 50 minutes to work toward resolving difficulties and achieving goals.
