As a Registered Psychologist with over 15 years experience, I work extensively with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues and overall life challenges. I have a strong interest in issues of self-esteem, transforming limiting thoughts and beliefs and discovering meaning and purpose in one’s life. I bring warmth, safety, empathy and insight to the therapeutic relationship. I also support individuals and groups in the aftermath of grief and trauma. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals, navigate difficult times and to thrive.
I aim to assist adults of all ages and backgrounds to work through difficult times in their lives, gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their unconscious motivations, achieve a more peaceful mind and life and overall personal growth and well-being.
Starting therapy / counselling is scary for many people, some people believe they should be able to handle their problems on their own. Most people report relief and hope after they have been able to reach out and start the process. I work to create a safe, warm, comfortable space to help my clients to cope, heal, grow and thrive.
